All need a radical overhaul before next season, there is simply no way we can put the amount of injuries we have had down to bad luck, its not, its bad coaching, its bad medical advice etc. Add to that to the idiotic way Fawaz as been running things financially, and we have a major problem. Next season is our most important season for years, we either sort out the staff who aren't up to it or re edge closer to being the next Portsmouth and fade into oblivion. Bring back John Pemberton, Chris Fairclough, John Pelling and add quaility medical staff and directors

I'd go along with that. None of our ten injuries apart from Vaughan made it back by the end of season plus the fact we had two more in Darlow and Lascelles and on the last day we had only two recognised defenders in the back four.We finished the season with a side unlikely to survive in the Championship if the season went on never mind challenge for promotion.

I know more about what goes on behind the scenes than you realise, i also know a lot about accounting, budgeting, business management etc and i can tell you now if we continue to be run in the same way financially, and structurally we will be in big, big trouble.
