Yep. Saw that on the news.

We had a lack TC called Benny who was sitting next to me while I was gardening outside border when a Jack Russell appeared and chased him round the side of the House.

About 10 seconds later the JR came racing back past me with Benny now in hot pursuit inches behind him tail bushed out spitting

The BT telephone engineer fixing a line to a house opposite nearly fell off his ladder in surprise . He shouted out to me

"That's not the way its meant to work"

Benny came back a few minutes later looking all pleased with himself.

I think some Cats work out that if they stand their ground rather than run Dogs will back off

Takes a bit of bottle though

A friend showed me the aftermath of that, the boys knee ripped top and bottom, the cat was fantastic and saved the little fella from a far more horrible mauling. Shoot the owners of bad dogs i say.
