    O/T Home sickness

    Help me my Wolves brethren.

I am two years into my four year contract here in Perth. My Dad has just died on the I O W.

I am so homesick it hurts. I love you fellow Wolves supporters that have become my daily friends on here.

I can't wait to get home in two years and see you all at home games.

Don't worry about replying, it was just good to get it off my chest and tell you all.

    Thanks, a fellow Wolf.

Jeez mate so sorry to hear about your Dad
I know how I would feel if it was my Old Fella and he only lives down the road. Is there no chance you can come back for a while on compassionate leave?
Once again mate I am so sorry to hear that news .

Sorry to hear about your dad, Prem, we only get two birth parents and often take them for granted when they are around, but their passing is a personal grief that never fully goes away. My mother died 36 years ago, my father 19 years ago, and I remember both days as clear as if they were yesterday. My sincerest sympathies!!

    Sorry about your dad prem.

I know what you mean about the homesickness. When I was living abroad there were moments I felt like chucking the whole thing and coming home. Maybe time for a quick holiday?

    Take care mate.

Hey Prem, my heartfelt condonlences. I lost my Mum in 2012. She was in hospital at the time in N Wales, so I didn't get to say goodbye.

Ironically we were in Perth early this year, we disembarked a cruise ship in Fremantle. Had I thought / know, we could have had a beer or two. Best wishes Dave
