But seriously, how difficult is it to put in place a decent accounts payable department?

Its alright the club saying "it will get sorted", but they are just churning bad PR week after week.

- failed to pay DCFC ticket revenues
- some caterer took them to court for A£200k bad debt
- players not getting paid on time (cos of some Kuwaiti bank holiday, WTF)
- and now the Inland Revenue having day in court over A£1.8m unpaid bill

I sort of believe Fawaz has wealth, but if he's that loaded, why not deposit A£10m in a NFFC bank account and just pay bills on time? Dont hear Man City being taken to court week in week out.
