Your owners are at best amateurish, the sooner they step back and let someone who knows what they're doing run the day to day business the better. It'll probably all get sorted but stuff like this can disrupt the rest of the club.

Ramondo, i am seriously worried about Forest, have been for a while. The club is being run by idiots and they are going to end up where clubs/businesses simply will not do business with them due to what has gone off. We will end up another Portsmouth if we aren't careful.

Well, in truth, I know first hand that the systems and processes to deal with such issues were put in place because, as you know, I was part of it.

What has happened has highlighted the need for a CEO and Finance Director of which I have spoken before. Fawaz is working incredibly hard but he is also trying to do too much. At a Football League meeting recently he discussed this openly with representatives of other clubs and he was wisely advised by some well respected members of the football community.

I am not too worried in truth. Fawaz has focused on bringing Stuart in. He has also helped to assemble a fantastic backroom staff which I consider to be best in class. The announcement of a CEO and FD are imminent and the club will benefit from this.

His next focus, and mine, is to bring in 4 players. Forget Ross McCormack and other players of this ilk. Our primary targets are:

Lee Peltier (Leeds) - adding steal into midfield and defence and addition cover for Lichaj and Vaughan.

Just heard about this. A£3m plus add-ons is an enormous amount of money to spend on such a player. Good luck to him at Norwich. I am certainly happy that we aren't spending such amounts on a player like him.
