There are three threads on the Cambridge board about bands you wish you'd seen etc that I reckon you could have a good input on, have a look mate.
Hope all is well with you squire, hopefully see you at a game sometime soon.

Pents - I was at the same Newbury Raceday as you (Aug 2008 I reckon). Unlike you I left after the last race before Boyzone turned up.![]()
There was no way my missus was going to miss 'Ronan and the boys' so the. Guinness bar it was. I'm off to Fontwell in a few weeks time for their ladies day event so I will probably be on the look out for some tips.

It's fair to say the Ladies Day races are chock full 'o clunge. I'm taking the missus and a mini bus full of couples but I'll still have a sly look, be rude not to tbf.
We did that day as a wedding present for a couple of friends. Spent the morning on the gallops in Kingsclere then a tour round the stables with a champagne brekkie. Then tickets to the races. Even my Missus and the other bird turned their noses up at Boyzone and we headed off to a curry house.
Problem with that day was the time it was taking to get served anyway, but there was a lot of scantily dressed clunge about. I've not been to that raceday since. Just too busy.
We're not doing corporate for this one just tickets for the premium enclosure which I think has its own bar, so hopefully not too much of a queue as i intended to sink a few Pimms tbf.
I'm afraid the term 'premium' goes out the window on this day. That's where we were too, it was carnage.
Good luck!!
I'm setting my sights low.
