AIUI, Hockaday dared to challenge Rupert Lowe's 'methods' and was placed on gardening leave shortly after.

All rumours mind, I can't remember the reasons behind Hockaday's swift departure from SMS ever been confirmed by the club.

I remember when he was appointed, dirty Leeds fans were not happy! Very peculiar appointment at best and his side got well beaten by relegation candidates Millwall.

Looks like that return to the promised land might, erm, take a while longer.

Don't worry about Leeds Jack mate - more to worry about down here I would have thought!

Leeds are on their way back - a couple of seasons though before a real chance of premier league - Saints might well be back in the championship themselves by then!

    Predictably shown the door.

With that madman running the show expect a few more Leeds managers this season.

I would find it funny if they got relegated. No love for Leeds whatsoever.
