    Doom n Gloom

Dont think ive ever been so pessimistic going into a new season. Hate to say it but what av we got to look forward to??? What does finishing second actually mean??? Getting pumped out Europe at the first hurdle by a part time mob from Iceland.

The team should be ashamed of themselves and the fact it was our first competitive game makes no diference. If fitness was an issue then maybe a few weeks extra prep was in order. Unprofessional and pathetic

The team owes the fans big time. Its certainly worrying that we go into the league campaign in just over a week still looking for a central defender and with only one experienced striker. Even if we do sign a couple of players shortly, will they be match fit?

Certainly in the recent past we've had a tendency to sign players late.

    Time will tell.

In Scotland you get dumped out of Europe if you finish FIRST in the league.

You are not alone - many Motherwell fans feel very let down by the club and management.

I think the club fail to realise the general feeling that the fans have at the moment - I think they do care about the fans ie don't just take us for granted, but simply don't understand the feelings of the fans.

An email or some communication from the club / manager would be good - one that says they empathise with the fans etc etc. A silly wee email about a friendly that we can't even attend is pointless.
