    Transfer deadline day thread

Has 'Arry been seen hanging out the window of a Rangey? How many mongs are outside their respective stadiums gooning about for the cameras? Will we signe anyone?

Rumour is Pompey have bought a new tea maker.*

    * it's unsure which tinpot lower league club they've signed him from though...

The tea maker is on loan, they can't afford a new one (not that the local business who supplied it has been told this though )

Still, all these rumours flying around on sky about Toby Alderweireld are intriguing. Fingers crossed this one actually happens!

Valid point SD. I mean I could easily harp on now about how difficult it is to find a decent silver tea maker, made in the last 38 years, anywhere else in the Hants region. But that would be churlish.

I quite liked the new formation on the Beeb page for the Mancs - 3 lefts backs and a load of strikers.

This is the day when Arsenal fans wonder why they bother...

I'm guessing the Stoke Training Ground would be the most unexpected today.

It's so cringey seeing all the attention seeking chavs behind the reporters at the various training grounds. Luckily the ones at Saints are behaving ok.

Anyway Jake Sinclair has joined Hibs on loan, interesting to see how he does there.

Looks like Alderweireld is just a matter of time, hopefully followed by Mane too. Those two in with no departures would make me very happy with our business!

It's days like today that make me miss not having SSN.
Jim White frothing at the mouth with excitement because Stoke have signed Wilson Palacios before going to the reporter outside the Britannia giving us an update in front of a load of inbred, gurning mongoloids

If we can sign the two mentioned without losing any first teamers before the window "slams" **** at 11 then i'll be very pleased.
Has Bagpuss being interviewed from his car window yet and has he signed Younis Kaboul or Crouchy yet?, i think he has in every other transfer window

Biggest mongs of the day thus far?
Hull City, closely followed by Crystal Palace.

He's taken a knock so can't come out to play for this window. I bet he and his agent are fuming like spoilt kids outside a sweet shop having just been told by a parent that they're not going inside.
