    OT Private parking

Just want to help spread the word that under no circumstances should you ever pay these scumbags

I'm fkin sick of em. They have no power and cannot do anything. My mum got a fine for parking in a car park that she was never at, they must be trawling the DVLA for addresses and sending them out as a scam. Im not sure how the DVLA has decided that they have the right to start giving out our private details without permission but they seem to. Just wrote them a little note in response...

    Dear Chancers,
Many thanks for your ridiculous correspondence dated 15th September with the above reference. Once I had stopped laughing I decided to compose you this reply.
Your first letter some 4 years ago!! claimed my car had been parked in “the car park, Milnrow”. As detailed a description this is of the location, I had no idea what car park you were referring to so I could not state with any accuracy whether I was parke

Very interesting. If you check out companies house you can see how these scummers break all the financial rules then just change the of the company and start again, any outstanding notices are passed to new company aswell.

    Utter criminals

    Brilliant mate!!!! Good on you!!!!

These companies are a fkin blight on humanity.

I got done a few years ago. I was late for a Sunday game on SKY at The Reebok so parked on Tesco. Thought I'd be OK as the store shut well before the end of the game. Nope!!! Got a ticket and stupidly paid up. Since found out that they haven't got a leg to stand on legally - the ticket is actually an "invoice" for what they say are reasonable parking charges. In other words legally a load of bollox. Mrs JJ got a ticket for parking on sainsburys on Regent Road in Salford a couple of months ago. She threw it in the bin and has never heard a thing.

Top post mate. Think they got the message ?

I had a similar episode with chancers, mine was for downloading music from the internet. they wanted a pay off of £300 or they would take me to court, the missus was flapping but a quick google search on the address lead to an housing estate in North London.

What pissed me off more was that they had contacted SKY broadband to get my IP address and address details, and they released them.

Sad thing is that if they get a 50% strike rate they will make money for fun. T W A TS.

nearly all legislation is being moved and changed to make it easier for all these scum to rinse people easier rather than making it more difficult.

They passed a new bit of legislation recently that allows companies to change an unsecured debt of anything over a grand into a secured debt via a charging order. This used to be only allowed on figures over 25k which was obviously hard to get your hands on unsecured in the first place. Now its a grand FFS
