    Halftime team talk

Any one up for chipping in to pay for a short course on "motivation speaking" for Mr Clark to attend.
I am sure his consist of saying "carrying on as
before" not considering the opposition Manager
    changing his tactics.
He as yet does not seem to learn from his mistakes

The problem for Clark might be that he thinks "What would I do if I was in his position?"

It is rare for coaches to make a positional change in the first half unless something is really badly wrong; and at half time is more common, although most will, try to give the side a shake up in the dressing shed, and then make changes after 10-15 mins if there is no significant improvement.

I don't think Clark can be saying more of the same please because the side comes out and usually plays like a different team. I think Clark is too cautious; it seems to me abundantly clear that our side will at one point in the game concede; my view is that when we have teams down we should try to bury them (despite our forwards lousy finishing) so the likelihood of the opposition coming back or running over the top of us is much reduced.

The worst one was Norwich; if Gray really was that sick he should have been pulled at halftime, and the fit and strong Brek Shea put on; Norwich came down Gray's side.

I wouldn't mind being pulled off at half time.

I wonder if they negotiated this 'bonus' in their contracts.
