I never went either but it's still not a great point in honesty. Hartlepool are awful and whilst the positive is that we kept a clean sheet, it was against a team that can't hit a barn door usually.

Our strikers just can't score goals at the moment. Perhaps it's the system? Two points dropped anyway.

If we cant score against a team in Hartlepools position how the heck can we expect to score against a decent team????

The three centre backs and the keeper look solid, and we don't concede too many, but at the same time we probably aren't creating enough chances for fourth division strikers.

Will AA gamble the additional man at the back to get another man up top and go 4-3-3 or will he scour the loan market and get a really attacking wing back?

    re: Hartlepool match

I was checking out the PFC squad recently. A year or so ago we were bemoaning the fact that we didn't have eleven players and a full substitutes' bench for the next match. Now, we appear to have enough on our roster to field a Stiffs team for the Combination (he said showing his age) as well as an A team for the Hampshire League and a Youth team in the SE Counties.

They can't all be c**p players, can they? So why aren't we scoring more goals?
