Chelsea To Bid £20m FOr Coleman?

    Chelsea in Coleman chase.

Chelsea are preparing a £20m bid for Everton defender Seamus Coleman, according to reports.

The Republic of Ireland international has developed into one of the best right-backs in Europe and was included in the PFA Team of the Year for the 2013-14 season.

His high class performances on Merseyside have caught the eye of Jose Mourinho, who is a big admirer of the 23-year-old.

And despite having Felipe Luis, Cesar, Cesar Azpilicueta and Branislav Ivanovic as options at full-back, the Portuguese boss is weighing up a move for the Toffees star.

However, Coleman, whose current deal with Everton runs until 2019, is happy at the Merseyside club, and would not jeopardise his chances of getting regular football in order to join the London club.

It appears that it's Man Utd who are getting him and Barkley now
