I've just filled mine in and made some valid points.
I expect that many of you received this survey via email. I think it is a very good idea, but it did seem to try to 'channel' you in some of the sections. I have made appropriate comments to this effect.
Does anyone else have any opinions on this survey?

I suspect that my comments might be considered both emotive and perhaps controversial. In the light of a previous poster's comments about what has been described as "plastic fans" (and I have some sympathy / understanding of that view)I am not sure that it is fair for someone like myself, who attends / has attended very few matches at Molineux to put forward a view / seek to influence through this survey; so at this time I am not intending completing the survey. Apart from the unfairness aspect, I dont think I'm probably in a position to comment.

Bill, the survey asks how many times you went last season and how many times you expect to go this season, so they will be aware of your attendance level. It asks for your opinions, if you have any. As you will be aware, there is no compulsion to complete the survey. However, if you wish to complete the survey then do so and don't be influenced by the opinions of others. Be your
I would hope that everybody fills one in ,in the hope that it does reach the ears of those in charge. Dudley is on the Wolves Parliament so he could keep a brief or ask questions for us as to how the survey is used etc and whether any of the sensible points raised will be taken on board. OK you can see why some qustions are asked but make them work for you with a little adjustment. If you moan on here have a moan on the survey as well!!

Ticket prices throughout the leagues, travel costs for official coaches. The majority of my answers heaped praise on the club and the way it has tried to move forward over the past eigh**** months or so.Originally Posted by greystone16
Exactly. If we are given a chance then use it , at least you can get it off your chest and fire all barrels,no good saying on here Jez is a whatever, say why you think he is in the survey.Thats just an example as personally I think he doesn't do a bad job by and large,we've had far worse than him in the past.
I completed it last night, and made serious reference to the booking fee. When at the fans parliament I asked Lyn Riordan (Ticket office manager)after the meeting had closed, what the booking fee was actually for, it was as I suspected a fee to cover the cost centre ie the staff wages of the office and a % to cover postage out to fans. I pointed out that a flat transaction fee would be fair but to charge £1.50 per ticket where someone may be purchasing , say 10 tickets is absurd as you are penalising loyalty. When the next meeting comes up , bombard me with complaints and I will quote them and bring the issue up at the meeting.
I tell what i find strange, if you ordered a ticket for the U21s game online, only 50p was the booking fee charged. I try and make sure most of the time i go to the ticket office and pay by cash, but sometimes, as with Leeds away, the tickets went on sale on Thursday and i had to buy online just to guarantee myself one.
Dave, all your feedback is appreciated from the fans parliament.
