Yes I think there are not enough ethnic minorities represented ...

We have Shiite Muslims in abundance here but not one in football management ... ooops scratch that (plenty o ****e managers)

Perhaps we need an Isis manager - give them a sense of purpose and belonging so they don't fly to Syria

    They can start in ...

I wish I was black for no other reason than I wouldn't be racist.

Burnley FC are racist, they've never had a black manager and when Eddie Howe left they had a great opportunity to appoint John Barnes. Instead they went with Dyche for no other reason than he's white (and ginger), it's absolutely ridiculous.

Even now our first XI is all white, why the hell didn't we sign Rio Ferdinand for £80,000 a week? His experience would have been invaluable, better than that useless white fella called Duff.

I'm so incensed with my club that I've thought about 'blacking up', but apparently that's racist as well.

I'm going to give my season ticket to any black person who wants it, even if they don't like Burnley FC or football.

Black Power and Music Of Black Origin you white bas tards!

    What a load of Bollox.

I'm not being racist here but I'll say my piece.

If you are good enough you should get the same opportunities regardless of colour.

Trouble is (and this is only my opinion) Blacks have always been more physically inclined in sports, be it football, rugby, athletics etc etc.

And after saying that there does not appear to be a lot of black players around.

I am not saying black folk are out and out thick but I have always thought there is something lacking in most of them folks thinking, I don't say this lightly as I have been involved first hand in families of West Indian, Indan and African cultures and there are not many, shall we say, brilliantly minded people.

After saying that with Football in general most footballers regardless of colour are as thick as pig sh!t anyway.

    Stupid rule from stupid people.

This brings up something else (sorry to go off topic Alf)

EPL Stands for English Premier League, surely this should be changed to FPL = Foreign Premier
