    Who's to blame

John Lowe found guilty of murdering two women on his puppy farm.. Strange one this .. He had his firearms confiscated by police after threatening one of them earlier.. Then the police gave him the firearms back ,prompting him to shoot them both dead ... A ridiculous decision by the police to give him them back or would he have killed them anyway?

The police have a lot to answer for in this case.. - view external link

Sounds a right c o c k up by the police, I don't like firearms at all, if you have a licence all well and good, but once they have been taken away because you have threatened someone with them you should never be allowed to own any again.

As for the comment "It also revealed three police staff members had misconduct notices issued to them over the matter" I think it should go deeper, but like anything else scapegoats will be put to the sword and others get away with it.
