Before anyone else threatens to leave the network can I ask you to hold fire for a bit.
The feedback I'm getting is that DSG the people who run the Footymad newtwork are obviously testing the water and have been excluding people from the Message Board who have advert blockers switched on with their browsers and using other external software.

I am at present seeking clarification on to what is happening.

Meanwhile many FootyMad editors including myself, are contemplating setting up a brand new network.

Yes Shanty , you have had a few run-ins with some posters over the years but you are still here and where are they ? You and Lord P have done a marvellous job over the years and just think that should be said more often. There have been loads of different viewpoints spouted by many individuals ,causing some friction but in the main ,the site has been supervised well. A gentleman and a scholar .

DSG has suspended its latest policy and you are free to continue as normal.

[B]Following a large amount of feedback from our members the DSG board has agreed to suspend its policy of blocking members from accessing the forums whilst using ad blocking software. I am organising a conference call for later on with some of the network editors so that we can work together to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Everyone is in agreement that the network needs revenue to continue running and so hopefully we can find a method that is acceptable to all and ensures the future of the network.
