Yes me,I fell down a kerb and twisted my foot and it's heavy swollen, i'm now sitting in a hot bath to see if it will reduce the swelling I didn't get home from work till 2am so i'm cream crackered, been a bad day for Es***red the call out shift kills me,got a camden parking ticket while working for the basta knowing my luck if there was such a thing as recarnation i would come back as ME and to top it off my wife is snoring, no sleep for me then.

Sorry to hear about your mishap ol' boy, but I'm curious about 1 thing, if you have a swelling surely the correct remedy would be to put it on ice not warm water?

Anyways get well son, as for the wife, oh let her sleep in peace, she'll be busy the whole day tending to your ailments.
