    NO CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the appointment of the new manager I have yet to see an improved all round performance, and the gubbing today had been coming for a while, some player changes are needed in January to try and improve team performances,or we will go down and we are not to good to go down.

Im not worried about too good to go down Im more worried about not being good enough to come back up.

The manager has had precisely 3 games at the helm won 2 lost 1 and on official site has made it known young players will get a start. Given the squad he inherited plus injuries the Accies result was predictable. The bigger question is can we find funds for additions to the squad in January and if not are the youth players able to step up, it's quite a step from youth under 20's to first team football and there is no longer a reserve team/league which makes it more difficult for us. The upcoming games against Dundee and Kilmarnock may be crucial, I am not optimistic about our chances versus Aberdeen on Sunday but I do expect there will be changes and effort the manager made that clear.

We're a bit like the Hibs of last season at the moment. We've a large number of players out of contract in the summer (and know they probably won't be staying) who've simply downed tools. However their attitude won't exactly impress prospective future employers.

I never made myself clear enough IWAS NOT HAVING A GO AT THE MANAGER but the players even a new manager seems to heve failed to lift the efforts from alot of the squad, hence that result against hamilton.
