WHAT DIFFERENCE HAS NEW BOSS MADE ??

Apart from blooding a few more young guys, nothing infact we have got worse, just look at the goals we are losing now.
I think we have wasted money, and would have as well left Kenny Black in charge for what we have gained since his appointment
We look a far lot more disjointed all over the pitch than before his appointment.

So far I cant see anything positive that IB has added.

If anything I see us having gone backwards. Tactics seem to be; pass ball back to goalie who hoofs it the way he's facing.

Defence and midfield are shambolic. We have no confidence, no fight, no guile and look like losing a goal every time we give the ball away.

He needs to do something drastic and pretty quickly, to make things better.

I have no opinion on him yet. He is still working with the same set of players that got us in this mess. I will judge him after he has had a chance to put his mark on the team. By that I mean bringing in his own players.

Totally agree he was brought in due to his contacts but seems to me nothing happening until club takeover complete so they better hurry up as only 2 weeks to end of transfer window.

Why hurry up we will not be signing anyone currently with a club. Any signings will be guys released without a club so deadline day means buggger all.

Think the time to judge IB is if and when he gets his type of players in.I feel the board are playing a waiting game with regard to this I wouldn't be surprised if we beat Kilmarnock they would then think we dont really need to spend anything.

The senior players had stopped playing for the last manager and look similarly uninterested with the new guy. He must know most are diddies and is hoping to get to end of without going down, and bring in guys that are hungry and will play the way he wants.
It was K. BLACK who was in charge when we were pumped by Inverness, poor against the smell s and lucky against utd, he is another Malpas, should have gone along with all the other back room guys. Not because they have done anything particularly wrong, just we need a clean break, fresh start. I believe Black is getting in the way, just a feeling.
All just my opinion of course.
Would really just like some positive news to be honest, like most I supose!

Statistically he has a win ratio of 40%.

Prior to that our win ratio was 19%.

Whatever is going on with the players has way more to do than a manager. He's had 5 games this far with a stupid amount of injuries.

What was a reasonable expectation ? If he maintains a 40% win ratio he'll be a hero.
