    Under 21s

The nippers are going great guns at the moment - yesterday's win against West Ham saw them extend their unbeaten run to 9 games and return to the top of the Premier League.

Next up is a top of the table clash at Chelsea on Monday.

Certainly bodes well for the future, in fact the present as so many of our u21's have either played or been on the bench for the 1st team.

If you dig a little deeper only two of West Hams team yesterday have served their 1st team as far as i'm aware and that goes for the the other big boys as well such as Utd and Liverpool.

As a 15/16/17 yr old at Saints you surely can't help but be driven knowing you'll be given the chance if you're good enough, a delight to see.

Away at Chelsea! Anyone know, do Chelsea reserves still play on Wimbledon's ground and is it an evening ko. Might be tempted to go along.

The Father-in-Law, a life long and suffering Aldersheite fan mentioned that Chelsea were playing a few reserve/junior games at thier place last season, i'll investigate further.

A quick google and yes it does appear to be Stamford Bridge for this one sadly...
