Problem with Website ?

I am only posting this, as I do not know how to contact the administrator. Is there a problem on the website, as I often get an error message, which when I click to close, I get another box with gibberish in it. Each time I get it, I have to run a Norton 360 scan which often comes up with threats (Which are removed). I am on a great number of sites, and it only happens on this one.

When I'm on 'tertz r us' the pop ups often obscure the best part of the photo, which is kind of annoying - is this something the boffins at FM Towers could fix for me?
