Sounds like Skinner only opens his mouth to change feet, Abbo.
Adrian Chiles has been sacked from his job at ITV football. Reported to have earned over £4 million last year, he has been replace by Mark Pougatch who worked for BBC radio.
Frank Skinner may also find himself in hot water after his comments on his show last night. In a conversation with Kelly Holmes, the topic of athletes drinking alcohol came up. He intimated that all Athletes were on drugs and would be effected by drink.
Well I have been closely associated with the sport for over fifty years and I do not know of any current drug takers in British Athletics. Yes one or two have been caught in that period, but it is one or two, and some of them have taken supplements without being aware of infected batches.

At least now i can put the champions league on and not have it on mute before kick-off, half time and full time.

Typical Baggie living in the past.
It's called The Premier League these days old boy, not the Premiership.
It was probably called the Premiership the last time you visited the whorethorns.
Just sayin, like![]()
I think you will find it is officially the Premier League, preceded by who ever the sponser is at any given time, but is refered generally as the Premiership in football terms. You appear to be splitting hairs a tad here.
Hope you get to establish yourselves as a top flight club again but not at the expense of us.
You do love a Baggie thread now and then on here.![]()

Not really a case of splitting hairs, just a case of bothering to get the simple things right.
Let's hope you don't get relegated to the old second division, eh?
It's referred generally as The Champioship these years.
It's not been called 'The Premiership' for years. But exmouth isn't the only one to get that wrong. I'm constantly seeing and hearing footballers and managers, who are actually earning their living within it, referring to it as the Premiership. FFS - It's the thing that's made them millionaires and they don't even know what it's called.
I sense a reply...
