Yes financial results are important but the results on the park are more important .if we go down we will be in the red for a number years so not to worried about the financial results right now what happens on the park has an impact off it lets get it sorted

I hear you but for the last three years results on the park (cups apart!) have been excellent. So frustrating that no financial rewards have come as a result and even worse..income from gate receipts was down last year.

Agree it's a mystery why we haven't made much money the last 3 seasons which league wise have been our best but facts tell us we had less punters through the gates last season, mystery yes

Its no really a mystery its p1ss poor planning. I cannot for one minute assume when the budget was being looked at for 2013/14 we planned our finances on finishing second. So we have to assume we took considerably more money from league position money than expected. Yet we still made a loss. That right away points to operating an unsustainable budget. God help us if we'd finished where we had planned the debt would have been horrendous.

What has really hurt us financially is the very poor, more accurately disastrous, performances in cups.

Yeah but those loses should have been off set to a degree by than higher than expected league placing money.

When you are paying players £1500-£2000 to sit on the bench plus the cost of our European trips is it any wonder we are in the red
