    The simple solution to this mess?

    Replay the game against Brighton and pay brightons expenses for coming back up here or alternatively , if this would cost too much, agree to replay them at brighton with us paying our own expenses. We may lose but we may have nowt to lose...Or is that a bit naive on my part?

    I'm afraid I don't see how that's a simple solution. Will Brighton be happy to play another game? Risk injuries and fatigue at this stage of the season?

    The simple solution (and the one I assumed you were going to propose!) is to go out and win a couple of the remaining games making it inconsequential. Here going the team is up to the task.

    Very naive. The injured parties are the other teams in the league.

    For SE to pick his best 11 tomorrow night. Know manager doesn't play with wing backs that's way to go cause we haven't got no wingers. Pringle isn't really a winger. Assuming Rawson has gone back to Derby.

    Martinez;
    Broadfoot, Arnie, Morgan;
    Hunt, Frecks, Smallwood, Pringle, Lafferty;
    Ward, JCH.

    Derbyshire on the bench as 1st change striker.

    Yes it's naive.

    We broke the rules, we have to take the punishment.
    If the boot was on the other foot and it was Millwall or Wigan we would be screaming for a points deduction.

    Well, perhaps a few of our less composed fans might have been...

    Who says we broke the rules, nothing has been proved yet and until then stop speculating.
