    too soft

Is it not too difficult to see we are to soft through the core of the team plus with two shocking full backs,so the obvious thing to do is put an extra man in midfield or replace one of the wide players with a natural midfielder,we cannot tackle,we simply shadow players until they pass the ball.ainsworth must be replaced with another midfielder,if we got one.anyway it's too late.playoffs here we come.

Absolutely. By playing 2 wingers we leave the centre exposed and overworked. This happened at Partick as well. A better move would have been to replace Ainsworth with Conor Grant. The way Accies tore through our central midfield was shocking.

For me Accies had prepared really well for the game last night and stopped Ainsworth and Johnston advancing (unlike St Mirren), but I felt that two big things were missing last night.

As all season we did not have a leader on the pitch. Lasley may be captain in, but he never gees up players and tries to fire others up. Him and McManus should be using experience to try and get heads up and get the teams fired up.

The other thing was a complete lack of fight, passion, enthusiasm to go into tackles. Were the Well players hesitant in case of injury?

The line up looked good on paper but from previous games we knew that it left the central midfield weak and so it proved. That was the trade off and once we lost a goal that tactic was busted. Grant should have been brought on to replace an out of form and heavily marked Ainsworth. Our striking partnership didn't work with players not linking up and sitting too deep. The

We were powder puff last all over the pitch last night. You can accept defeat when you are up against a decent side, and lets face it Accies are s****, but the most galling thing for me last night was a a severe lack of fight and bottle, especially with the predicament we're in. We knew how accies would approach the game, they are a physical side, we saw that at fir park. Our players just buckled and showed they haven't the bottle for a relegation fight, hence the reason we will be playing championship football next season. One thing the club can't complain about is the backing the team have had in the last few weeks, it's a pity the team couldn't respond to the fans backing. No doubt we will get the old, we need the supporters to turn up and back the team for the last four games line from the club. Maybe if we had a player willing to put in a tackle or willing to put his head in where it hurts or willing to do a bit of donkey work that's required in those games we would be better off.

Unfortunately these posts sum up a combination of poor performances from players, lack of leadership, too few players prepared to take responsibility and some poor tactical awareness from the Manager imo.Looking bad but as I said in a previous post just got to avoid the Hibs debacle and a least put up a fight.

Ainsworth has had more clubs than Peter Stringfellow and last night shows why,he has no positional acumen and is never a team player. He even surpassed himself last night when he broke into a walk.As for the rest of them if you can't show attitude, drive and determination when your livelihood is under threat then you never will.Dont get me started on our tactics or lack of them, lost count of how many throw ins we have had this season and we can't even find a team mate with the ball its basics, Our corner kicks are a punt into the box and hope for the best,or we over hit them but don't position anyone at the opposite of the box to make a run or attack the over hit ball.On artificial surfaces we look as if we don't want to get injured so we don't tackle or get in the faces of the opposition and put or bodies in thr way or on the line.I will always accept defeat if you are beaten by a better team but Accies are certainly not in that class and the defeat last night is more annoying after tod

We are not in a Hibs situation as everybody keeps saying we have been bad all season Hibs blew it at end and at the moment if that applies to anybody its Killie as their in freefall and hopefully they do a Hibs and end up in Play Off but for that to happen we need to start winning games starting on Saturday.

Other teams can freefall as much as they want, we won't catch any of them because we are not capable of winning four games in a row.
