    Very poor Service Wolves

I can only hope that someone at the club reads this board but I doubt it.
We got Tom the new home kit sent out for his birthday with the # 9 on the back with his above.
Puma obviously send in the shirts and some YTS student irons on the transfers.
It arrived for his birthday all melted, yes melted and burnt.
How they sent that out is beyond me ... He is going to have to wait weeks for it to get back and a new one sent.

Towards the end of last season I had reason to correspond with the club over a matter that I was not happy about.

I had a reply about a week later with a few feeble excuses scripted out, but in no way did they cover my concerns.

I responded, pointing out that my disquiet had not been addressed, and the tone of my letter warranted a further reply.

Not a peek from the club. We are after all only supporters who happen to finance the wages of their employees.

Some of their staff really need a course on customer relations, but I suspect we are not the only club that suffers in this way.

That is absolutely disgraceful and a great disappointment for Tom.

The club do seem to be very poor with merchandise. My particular gripes are jackets and tops that are not the size that they purport to be and mega-overpricing.

In the club shop recently, I was interested in a paperback entitled 'Greatest Games, Wolves, 100 pieces of Gold'. As there was no indication of the price, I asked an assistant, she checked and told me it was £16.99. I thanked her and declined to purchase.

    I got a har

    Prem,
It was my lads birthday last October so I went to order the full strip around middle September.
Shirt was in stock, as were the socks. The shorts however would not be back in stock until December 14th! A wait of approx 3 months.
I actually posted on here asking for help.
So the birthday present became a Christmas present but I wasn't entirely happy with the way the strip was packaged. It was shoved into a plastic bag and like yourself, I had my sons and no.9 on the back.
    The print was cr

Sad to hear about the Birthday burn. It was a cock-up with a mailed England shirt (they printed the S upside down) which is why, with me living overseas, my poor old Mum has to trot down to the Mol Club Shop to get the 'not orange shirt' because they show you the printing there and then, and then she posts it to me, with a tracking reference. Not saying you should have done that, just proving my state of distrust!

Totally agree the lack of presentation, for £40+ you'd have thought they could at le

It is very sad to read these comments about the club we all adore. Surely this is the very 'sharp end' of their interaction with their customers?

Perhaps these grievances could be brought up at the next 'Fan's Forum'?
