Hull for me but I spoke to a delighted Mackem fan last night who hopes it will be Newcastle. Made me smile that whatever the result Saturday, some Toon Army fans are saying they will stay in St James Park after the final whistle in protest at the way the club is being run.

Does seem like Ashley is a bit of a joke...Newcastle deserve better IMHO.

I like Newcastle I don't really want to see them go down, but then I don't really want to see Hull go either. Hull should be kicking themselves for losing to Burnley recently, that could really be the difference.
Newcastle look an absolute shambles, from what I've seen on MOTD they may as well just put out Krul and Colback for the last game.
The worry for them must be who their next manager will be, surely Ashley won't stick with Carver(???) but who would want to work in that setup?

Hope its Newcastle. Hull are battlers. Agree NUFC deserve better but maybe if they go down things might change at their great club. Was working up Blackpool this week and listening to some of their fans was proper sad. Football needs to get rid of the limpets who suck the life out of our clubs (just like we did). I actually feel privileged to be a Pompey fan. Btw, the B'Pool lads who I spoke to had nothing but good things to say about Pompey and wished us all the best.
