    Ticketing...

Can anyone from the club who may read this board tell me why I stood from 11.10 to 11.45 today and the que never moved at all. No one came out the ticket office with any tickets in that time I was in the Queue. How can it be so difficult to sell a ticket. To be fair at least they tried to placate some their customers offering tea and coffee but afraid I gave up waiting. I have better things to do with my bank holiday than stand in a queue that never moved.

I 'phoned earlier today and was told tickets for Ibrox are on sale from 3.30pm today. Perhaps the office personnel were unsure as to how to split the que into home and away leg purchases. It would have been nice if someone had let you know!

At that time they only had home tickets for sale they hadnt had word from Ibrox about away tickets. I simply wanted a couple of tickets for Sunday. Why in christs we cant have online booking is beyond me .. I go through this ticket shambles every time we have a game with any sort of interest. Last year it took them 45 minutes to sell seasons ticket to me and 15 others outside the ticket office.

From reading our other fan site seems the delay is Rangers fans trying everything to get tix using mwell post code etc but if not on data base there being turned away seemingly now doing ibrox tix from cooper bar to help ease other queue

Appreciate the general frustrations and whilst I'm sure the club would accept there are processes regarding ticketing that could be improved. Ie online ticketing etc. I can only hold up my hands in appreciation of all involved in sale of tickets today particularly Wendy and the ticket office staff for dealing with demand whilst also not being backward in denying rangers fans tickets when required . Flo also deserves praise for how he handled today. Saw him on a number of occasions trying to explain situation to fans and when away tickets were finally sold from the cooper he took time to apologise to everyone individually for the time and hassle it had taken to resolve #bigrespect
