5Now open control panel on the message board click browse and find the slightly smaller version of your photo.
6 Select that photo it should now be recognised as the right size 145x100 and will then upload.
where is the control panel on here so i can upload my avatar?

It seems to me that the powers that be at Footy mad have changed their ways, and not for the better either, it's all about adverts these days and yet no maintenance seems to be getting done. There are other things that have disappeared too. This was once a great site, not so much these days me thinks. Good job that the people on here make up for the lack of interest from the owners.
