Thread: So have you got it into your thick heads yet?

So have you got it into your thick heads yet?

    2 promotions in 2 years.

A credible first season in the championship.

An excellent close season in which we have signed some real quality.

It all adds up to the undeniable truth (hard to swallow for some):

That Steve Evans is an excellent football manager and we are very lucky to have him.

If you disagree, put up your objections to Evo on this thread and we can all rip the p iss out of you next season.

Unfortunately most of them have gone into hiding.I remember one guy used to post on here and category said "we would win **** all with Evans" when he first came to the club Think it was Boston Miller or something like that.Long since returned to his rock to hide under.Evans is not everybody's cup of tea but he gets results and while that happens i am well happy. There is a few knockers lets see if they pipe up .Where did the full on capital bloke go RANDY MILLER his posts where always good for a giggle.

I was never sure about those energy dome hats they used to wear but the music is still going strong

He is a excellent manager, I owe him and TS a big thanks for some great memories over the past few seasons! The quality of players we are now bringing in now make you wonder if our budget is bigger than we think, can't sea them accepting peanuts when they have other offers on the table.

I must admit when SE was appointed the old man and myself did look at eachother with a raised eye brow, but we both gave him a chance to prove himself ...as always player manager coach whoever it is, and he has done more for this club along with TS than anyone could ever have imagined EVER! outstripped any expectation anyone could have ever wished for.

Hope it long continues!!!!! we love you Steve, you do what you want!!

Way to go IBS…don't mince your words pal and let em have it….

You're quite right in the fact many on here wanted the Gaffer out by last Xmas….the non believers the doom merchants which you find on many a mad board…..

My nemesis is Derbymiller….why he laid into my posts like he did last seas I still cannot fathom…I always have the belief that until the maths say you're down then you're not down!

I don't get how fans throw the towel in with 15 - 20 games to go?

    Steve Evans couldn't..if possible…bake a big enough

This is typical of the uninformed cr*p on here. Boston Miller took a principled stand due to SE's previous activities in his part of the world. he said if RUFC signed him on he would stop supporting the club and he has been true to his word.
I have rarely if ever mentioned Evans. My criticisms are of the lack of investment. Strange to say, the bookies are unimpressed with our "wonder signings" and the Millers have hard

Please stop this constant bragging about your wealth, its getting tedious.

Your large bets are of no interest to my readers and gambling is not something you should be bragging about on here.

I am aware that you have plenty of money but you would be better spending it on your cat than handing it to the bookies.

I am sorry to see that your Brinsworth battle theory is now completely disproven and hope this has not damaged you too much.

You are a good friend and my advice to you is stop ramming your wealth down the throats of the poorer people on here and try and behave with some dignity when posting.
