According to those in the know on brfcc venkys will turn it down. Not enough money upfront and too many never-never add ons.. Apparently they also don't want to sell to a championship rival..

Only my opinion but I think RG is as good as gone, for the reasons of;
He wants to, the direction is the Prem, and the mark up is too good to turn down.
As for JR,
He exhibits no burning desire to move on, the direction IMO would be to a Champs rival, and there is no way they will entice a 12m bid plus an other taking on a 40k+ salary.

He will continue to score many a goal for us, or an other irrespective. At Champs level.
At Prem level I retain my doubts.

And the closer we get to the deadline, the more likely it is desperate managers will make over-the-top offers.
