    O/T Blackburn Away

You know the new season is fast approaching when the first tickets become available, in my case Blackburn away tickets are available to STH's from Saturday 18th of July. Happy Days!

£27 and the tickets won't be sent to Wolves until week commencing 20th July. I'm looking forward to this one.

Tickets in the bag for this one. Just hope the Train companies behave themselves this season.

With just over a week to go and 2310 tickets sold so far. General sale of the tickets could help push the total close to 3000.

Villa looking at Rudy Gestede apparently and maybe Rhodes will get a bit unsettled with Blackburn denying him the chance to talk with Boro. Would be nice to start the season off with a road win

I'd take a similar result and performance to the one last season up there, a 1-0 win and decent performance. Rhodes appears to want out and feels he will progress more with 'boro.

71, I am surprised he isn't in the Premier League. Three straight seasons of 20+ goals in the Championship, 4 straight seasons overall. Been producing for the last 7 seasons. Surely worth double digit goals if utilized properly. Maybe Blackburn are asking too much, idk.

I'll always take 3 points on the road. You can sense some restlessness among fans. I don't know if it's just a result of a seemingly long offseason after a successful season or the lack of signings, particularly those of the goal scoring variety, but I could see fans putting pressure on the team quickly if results don't give immediate returns in August.

Rhodes has been attracting interest from premier league clubs after his first season with Rovers. It's a big ask to splash out more than £10m on a championship player, proven at that level, but not in the league above. Only way to find out is once he's made the step up.

Wolves followers are no different to others regarding signings. Maybe the achievements of last season has risen expectations quite considerably. A slow or poor start will have the vultures circling and the owner and his side kick will no doubt be the ones who will get to hear/read fans' frustrations.

It's looking like Wolves will be taking over 3000 now, almost 2900 sold and still the rest of the week to. Great support for the opening game.
