yes I've mentioned this before (last season) about Evans/Raynor raining down at players on the pitch :/ fair enough to shout some instructions but you have to let them get on with their game.
Evans and raynor are an absolute disgrace at the side of the pitch, it is embarrassing and the chairman needs to act now, it makes the club look terrible. Constant shouting at officials, mocking officials but worst is shouting instructions at the players from the kick off "get here" "go there" etc. For gods sake you have them all week are they that bad that they don't know where they are playing and what do do. What do they do in the dressing room before a game, do they not walk through tactics, positioning on the white board? They need to shut the F up.
Lastly Raynor what does this bloke bring, it is like Evans has brought his slightly simple mate to work with him.

Problem is, and always has been, that they yell at players at critical times such as when they're lining up to defend a corner or free kick. I can understand them wanting to cover all eventualities but it's bound to be distracting at a time when the players should be fully concentrated. The other issue is that not all players respond in the same way, some might react positively but others will be adversely affected and afraid to put a foot (or head) wrong. Anybody know a good sports psychologist?
While Steve goes a little bit over the top surely its a lot better to show his passion than fall asleep on the bench like some of our former managers. And don't tell me he had nothing to shout about last night as most of the kop was screaming their disgust at a lot of the refs bigger club bias and the linesmans dodgy offsides. As for the players surely you don't want him to leave a player not doing their job correctly until half time or the next training session
The point is Albert there are ways of doing things. I doubt anybody is saying don't give advice or instructions when it's required but when you're red in the face, clearly enraged and gesticulating wildly it can be extremely disconcerting and can undermine confidence. When this is going on I look at the opposition bench and generally see them getting their messages across but in a much calmer, measured and assured manner. Which is the more likely to generate a positive response?
exactly leeds, there are ways of doing things, also what is the captain doing, is he that inept that he is not capable of organise on the pitch. Top managers do get involved and issue some instructions during games, but not like stan and oliver. How often do you see wenger behaving like that? also players have stated that during a game they can't hear managers shouting anyway so what is the point, makes us look like a sunday morning junior team, where the manager thinks he is jose
Have you ever watched a game from down at pitch level?
unless the incident is right in front of you there's no chance that you will get a clear view.
just how Evans and Raynor can judge anything more than 5 yards away is a complete mystery but somehow they can see in great detail "penalties" half a pitch away with a dozen players blocking the view.
Some refs will shrug it off but I'm convinced that some think "feck you, you're getting nowt"
Totally agrees, Evans is making us look complete fools. Is there any wonder we always seem to be playing against 15? We most likely are. If I went to work and some complete kn0b end kept ranting and raving at me constantly, I'd think "get fu(ked, you complete @rse hole" and do what ever was in my power to make his life a misery.
The officials are human too.........
Time for Evans to shut up and sit down, or pack up and go to his beloved Peterborough.
So lets get this straight, basically refs will cheat because they doen't like SE's attitude, and this is acceptable and understandable.

That's the impression I'm getting from reading these comments. Nobody is saying the refs are at fault for making decisions because Evans annoys them... It's Evans who's at fault for making refs make poor decisions purely to stick two fingers up at Evans!
I've said on other threads his antics make no difference towards the decisions of referees and I believe that. But if you think that we're not getting decisions because Evans is annoying referees, then the anger should be at the ref's not Evans. It's unprofessional and is a sackable offence.
If I didn't like a client at work and deliberately handled their file badly because they kept calling the office shouting at me, I'd be sacked, struck off and potentially arrested.
