Guys, what is going on? Are we any better than last season? Dont laugh, but I was almost believing IB and his interviews. It is clearly not happening at the moment, should I be worried? Worse than that, is we are visiting friends in Glasgow next week and I am coming over to Fir Park to watch the Killie game, as this is my yearly visit to watch Motherwell. It gets worse, It is my wedding anniversary on the Saturday and I have convinced the Wife to come with me.

I would gladly do the managers job for nothing and would guarantee my team wouldn't be heartless,clueless,naive in tactics and certainly fitter than what I have seen this season.We have players who no matter how bad they have played they still get a start in the next game, surely we must have young players who can do better than our "Dads Army" of a team

However it is very noble of you , I suggest you submit your CV along with your offer of no payment and I'm sure you'll be a shoe in and they will fall over themselves to make it happen.
