Football has gone too far now,sky and BT control the footballing schedule. I applaud FC United's stance, but like the rest, they have to live by this.

    It's great to see.
It's well known I often resort to tedious ranting when it comes to this subject.

On a worrying side note, it wasn't that long ago that we all laughed at BT Sport.
The crap commentary, the rubbish pundits, that stupid ref watch or whatever it was.

Then they have the money to buy the live Champions League matches

Cool side note: My beloved Detroit City Football Club is rennovating an old high school stadium for their next season. The club is expanding and it's going to be mostly funded by investors from the state of MIchigan (I'll be throwing some money towards them myself).

But the opponent for the first match when the stadium is complete: FC United of Manchester

The first real public seeds of rebellion against televised football. Hopefully not the last. The Leeds match being switched to a Thursday evening is nothing short of disgraceful! :/

Just who do you think is "them" who are not leaving "us" alone? "Them" is "us". I love WBA every bit as much as you love Wolves and go back to the 1950s. I watched our clubs in top flight football then but the difference today is that the world is watching with me. I shall be watching today's game in an Irish bar in Phuket. It will be rammed if last week is anything to go by. The pub will pay whatever it takes to get football and will sell more beer in consequence. If they could get football, all day every day, so much the better. It is us fans who have let the genie out of the bottle. There is no going back.
