Technical board

Don't like the idea of a technical board it smacks of meddling. So just who is making decisions on players. In my view the manager should be allowed to manage without interference.

Tend to agree, generally, but in this instance it's a case of needs must, we couldn't carry on recruiting 30 players a season so TS had to implement a system of tighter control having regard to the money flowing rapidly out of the coffers.

Leedsmiller - how is having a committee of 7 or whatever it is going to bring a tighter control on finances, compared to, say TS having complete control as has been the case previously?
