Come on Tony.....Let's hear a battle cry

You have done a fantastic job for the club and we are unanimous in appreciating that but ( and there always is one) many of us feel that you have dissapeared into your shell in the last few weeks.

Evans gone...no explanation as to why..surely supporters are stakeholders in the club and it is in the club's interest to keep us informed.

How have we got into this mess?

Have you and the club got the fight in your belly to get us out of this?

    How will we do it?

We will be with you but you are not entitled to blind faith...we need a rallying cry...where are you?

    Kempo

Maybe legally he can't say anything about the Evans situation.

In terms of now what would you like him to say I'm not sure he does he's appointed NR with a brief of developing the academy and keeping us up he hasn't failed on any of them yet.

I feel your frustration mate but not sure what TS has to speak about apart from backing the manager which he's already done

Developing the academy is the very last thing I want to hear.

I want to hear his survival plan on how he is going to keep us in this division and I want to be given some hope that we can do it.

At the moment I don't see that anyone at the club gives any indication that we can give this a go.

I have no hope...I need something to cling onto.

It would be great to get back to where we were before the admins when we had players coming from the youth team through to the first team rather than relying on a procession of loan signings.

I'm with Kempo though in that is a medium/long term aim which will do nothing towards saving our season.

Without a clear plan for the future outlined by the board, what impact will a meek surrender and relegation to league 1 have on the future of the club as season ticket sales and attendances are impacted?

If we go down we will need to see a clear indication that we intend to compete at the new level, without that who knows what might happen.

I hear you both and agree to a point.

I think if we don't sign some quality in January then I may lose faith but I'm trying to remain positive

Strong leaders always come to the fore in times of adversity so the stage is yours Mr Stewart.
What we want to hear is what is going to be done about the immediate problem surrounding the club, most notably the headlong plunge towards relegation.
Everything else is secondary and should be put on the furthest back of back burners until the immediate problem is addressed.
Many supporters think, rightly or wrongly, that you are the architect of the current difficulties by letting go the most successful manager the club has had in recent times.
You were always very quick to stand alongside Steve Evans in times of adversity which makes your decision to part with him even more puzzling.
When you appointed Neil Redfearn you said he was "the outstanding candidate from over 60 applicants" but at the moment he appears to be out of his depth and really struggling.
He seems to need help and, right now you are the one person who can provide it.
Or aren't you as sure now as you were before?
