Let's hope so but I just can't see where one win is coming from at the minute let alone enough to keep us hope. Really hope he does though
As fans It's not about eating our words.....
Opinion has been served up both on this board and openly vitriolic at games due to the inept ability to deliver and the position we are currently in....
The inability to chose the right starting formation ala Ipswich said it all....
Redfearn has a long way to go to win over the majority of our fans but hopefully for him and our team's perilous position things start to improve and rapidly...
Now he's brought another two into the fold he's starting to make a stamp on things by using his players and 'not a team that aren't his players'..... Let's see where we go from here...
It's not been a great start for him in fact it's been the worst start for a Rotherham manager ever! Not the way to endear yourself to any fans is it?
What's needed now is patience and to support both Redfearn and the team starting tomorrow....
We all want what's best for our club and Neil Redfearn that goes without saying so hopefully we bag a win tomo
If he turns it around and makes us a better championship team i will be quite happy to say well done, remember as a miller we all want the club to do well whoever is in charge

First win under Redders. There's a long way to go but this time next year you will see that Tony Stewart has made a superb decision.
