however we need alot of players to have a team anywhere near promotion standard's

I`m not writing Lambert off,he has to be given a chance.I am surprised at the style of play though,which was evident from game 1 at Preston.
Give him a couple of transfer windows and a pre-season ,we can then start judging him around this time next year .
