Laing in midfield. Kennedy in back 3/5. Need to be physical against these thugs.

I hope to goodness, Skippy isn't played further back - that just isn't his game.

    Not playing against crap Rangers.
Success this season has been with 3 up front and 3 in the middle. Plus Ainsworth is a liabilty defensively.
Still be there, probably realising how much Las contributes to us defensibly.

Ripley;Law, Hall, McManus; Hammell; Johnson, Cadden/Leitch, Laing, Pearson: McDonald; Moult.

Midfield is going to be a disaster - there are obviously various options, including the go-for-broke of bringing in Ainsworth as a second winger, but none of them are good and I seriously doubt any will be strong enough to get a point.

I'd go with Ainsworth and Reid (presuming he's fit enough) for Las and Grimshaw. Will make us very open again with 2 strikers and 2 wingers but with the squad we have I think it's the only real option other than throwing in kids that are not ready or having too many players playing out of position. Suspect MM will go for Laing and Ainsworth right enough.
