    what's the point

What is the point of bringing someone on with 2 1/2 mins to go, effin baffles me. why the effin ell change the team that won at middbro. DF is doin well but he allso does some effin stupid changes....I just don't get it. For effs why change a winning side.......now the crowd is dwindling, somehow they must have known he would drop 2 of the best players....12000 on saterday no more

13000 had been sold up till this morning and they have opened more blocks up so there WILL be more than 12000.
As for dougie you can't really (pains me to say) moan about the run we are on.the bloke does shoot himself in the foot but with a cup game on sat he could of kept the same team.but we didn't lose which is a plus.

Agreed. 13 games unbeaten is a hard run in this league.
If I was being supportive, BC always said that the back bone of a good side, is it's ability to not concede.
DF could convert me, if we can keep that and score more goals when we get a decent striker back.
He started with 2 up front ZZ, so you're wrong there. He did what most folks scream for.
Unfortunately, the likes of O'Grady doesn't really qualify as a striker

EVERYONE KNEW AND STILL KNOWS THAT SCORING IS OUR ACHILLES HEEL. SO STOP BITCHING ABOUT IT. THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO UNTIL BRITT COMES BACK.
At the moment, it leaves you with the feeling of "if only".

If you're that depressed ZZ, get yer sen over the river. I'll lend you my washing line.

ZZ, you get 2 types of a Manager, one who plays to win and one who plays not to lose and DF is the classic latter, when you have a Manager like this you do get these good away wins i e Middlesbrough,
We're very predictable under DF and a draw last night was a gamblers banker as it had draw completely written allover it,
I'd play Osborn up front with Olly and make Burke a regular in midfield should give us more scoring options,
Osborn likes to run at defenders and it always puts defenders on the back foot (remember big Stan?), but sadly DF would never play that way.

If your planing on doing that Es*** then why not use ward in stead of osborn as he was a striker at one point.if we would of won last night we would of been 5 off playoffs with other teams having a game in hand.a couple of these steady draws that we could of gone for and we could of been very close.
My opinion is we should leave Britt out and give him a good pre season and hit the ground running, they say he won't be back till March so is there any point risking him?if he comes back at the start of match there's 12 games left it will take him min 6 games to be nearly ready.get him playing in the reserves for the rest of the season and bring him back next season.

I am certainly not depressed tricky, I just don't understand last nights changes (for, in my opinion lesser players). and not just forest, but this stupid idea of bringing players on in the last couple of minuits. Also, I don,t believe all this ****, with todays training and fitness coaches that it takes a player 5 games to get match fit. football is running and passing a ball, if you can't do that you should not be on the pitch at all.
for all our good run we will be back to ten points behind again on saturday

Last minute sub changes in the tail end of a game is a tactic used by most Managers to disrupt and or slow down the game in order to protect a lead or slow down the other teams threat because if they score 9 times out of 10 they'll win the game.

I'm guessing you never played football other than knocking it around or you would know that getting back from injuries takes a while.you can't replicate playing matches at a high level in training.getting back up to speed takes a while when you've been out for a period of time and with an injury like Britts you can't just bang him straight in and expect him to play to his best.silly comment to be honest

not a silly comment, maybe a harsh one. And you guest wrong, i played for my school and derbyshire county schools and in my 20s I played saturday afternoon for a local pub and then sunday morn for a factory team, sometimes injurerd from the sat game, and in my 50s played in goal in 5 a side league, and not against oldies. it was a strong derbyshire league and I pride myself with only 9 goals against in a 24 game season. one team had 2 guests in a cup game, and they were john mcgoven an john o'hare,
we won it by the way. I myself would play on broken glass just to play, and with injuries......now I will say we will win on saturday
