What can I say only, What the hell is happening with the Rams Rammy ?

Yes back off holiday and straight on lates, life is supposed to be good, I find it full of hardship to get a few weeks relaxation and joy in a year.

Always come off late on a late shift alf, a lot of the drivers chase around all evening saying they want to finish on time, I as them why ? Have they got a train to catch ? Have they got a dirty bird waiting somewhere ? The time is not going to go any faster.

My scheduled finish should be just after 2am, get home at 2:30 to a silent house with Matron snoring her head off, she's put the parental control on the TV so no dirty movies and its freezing outside so I cannot even enjoy the garden, you'll never miss my bus on the last 2 trips as I drive extra slow to ensure I get a docket, in a week it can make a big difference to the little boys wage I get.

Simple answer. We have a bunch of players that cannot play together. We are not playing a settled team, too much chopping and changing. The formation, style of play and tempo is also wrong.
