    Has anybody ever heard of

I have been clearing out the loft and come across some records that were rescued from a deceased relative's house clearance.
It includes one 45 which must have been a limited run !!!
Anybody ever heard of "The Street Rods "... Cover has a picture of 5 dodgy looking Teddy Boys
record produced and arranged by Rick Le Page of The Portsmouth Rock Shop (different rock from the Southsea variety no doubt)
Engineered by Dave Hardcastle at Toucan Studios.
Issue on the Rock Shop Record label catalogue number RSR 001 (was it the first and only disc on this label?)
Side A Rock Rock Rock ! (one of their own compositions ???)
    Side B Street Rock
    Line up :
Guitar /Lead Vocals Mick Williams ( Could it possibly be ????)
    Guitar Stan Tunbridge
    Bass/Vocals Kenny Stevens
    Druma/Vocals Dixie Dean (definitely can't be !!)
    Sax/Vocals Stevie Gee ( definitely not again !!!}
I haven't played it yet as my deck is not set up ...

Streetrods, Kenny Stevens, Mick and Inge Williams in 1986

Stevie Gee has obviously gone on to better things by then.

My record collection specialises in quality rather than quantity . (never had a record player when I was a ****ager... deprived childhood). My collection is minimal
Do you reckon LDB would be interesting in bidding for this collector's gem from the Pompey rock scene of his glory years ?
Could be the only copy left in existence... might swap if for his season ticket !!!
Is the Mick Williams our former PST man ?
Thanks for the photo btw.. very clever of you... hope all is well with you oop north... must try and get in a game before the end of the season... let me know when you are off next few trips

LdB's collection only contains Swinging Blue Jeans and BJ Kramer hits of the period 62-63. Everything else is crap apparently.

Will be in touch re a game in April. Plymuff or Wycombe look good.
