    Is this the reason the players didn't want Auto promotion ?

    Now I'm sure it's not true - but 'someone' told me ........

    The team are only trying to get a game at Wembley plus they get paid extra if the get into the play-offs

    So do you think that is why they have been trying HARD not to get into the automatic promotion slot ?

    Who knows !!

    Can't imagine our team are good enough to stage manage the end of the season.

    ......surely common sense says that promotion "bonuses"or extra pay would be on a sliding scale I.e if they won automatic promotion as Champions, Second or Third place or play off winners etc? If they are touting a Wembley visit......that's one hell of a gamble the way we have played lately!
