    A new striker?

    Motherwell are keen on signing Fleetwood Town striker Jamille Matt, who has scored four goals in his last five games on loan to Plymouth Argyle, but the English League Two promotion hopefuls want to sign the 26-year-old on a permanent contract. (The Sun, print edition)

    Bristol Rovers also after him but would think Scottish Premiership a bigger shop window for him and if he's anywhere near as good as previous striker that left Fleetwood (James Vardy) would be a real coup .

    its the size of the pay packet more than the size of the shop window that invariably wins the day.
