Concerning Afghan Ram

I have just noticed that Afghan is banned on this board. Is it something he said on here or is it due to the new Footymad system where a ban elsewhere means a ban everywhere ?

That new rule is certainly crazy and most unfair.

I understand that under the new system there are temporary bans which last ten days and HQ now have access to Moderator Logs whatever they are. Let's hope that this the case with Afghan.

I did wonder who would be the first to suffer because of this appalling new rule by FM.
If a fan goes too far on another board and gets banned by one of their mods, then thats fair enough. But it shouldnt affect their right to post on other boards.
Does this new rule bring IP addresses into account ? The old rule allowed appalling banned posters to just create a new Id, and carry on posting again as usual. This completely went against the idea of a ban in the first place.

I don't think IP addresses have ever been brought into account because people share IP addresses. HQ do insist however which has been confirmed to me in the past that each user name have a separate E mail address.
