Motherwell travel to Kilmarnock for the opener

No the the best list I've ever seen.

Four away trips to Ibrox and Parkhead and midweek winter trails to Inverness and Dingwall. Not good.

How on earth did we get four away trips to the Old Firm? I thought that was unofficially but officially avoided?! Less lunch time kick-offs at Fir Park as a result though.

Kilmarnock away, St Johnstone at home is a great start - you could hardly have picked better imho. We just need to hit the ground running...

When was the last time we had a New Year derby before 1 Jan?

There is something (cynicism?) that makes me think the SPFL have deliberately gone against the spirit of the game in giving us only two home games against the Old Firm and four away. Maybe petty revenge for the pitch invasion after humping Rangers??

I'm expecting to finish September on full points.

As for four ways to Sevco/Sellik I'm not too woried about the Sevco bit at all they will be lucky to put out 11 players as their manager has done a disappearing act.

I actually don't mind it - it was ridiculous that they were treated as a special case before so it's a good thing it's changed - but the reaction of Alan Burrows (and the even more embarrassing whining from Thistle) suggest the 'rule' has been altered with no warning which clearly has a bit of an impact.

Oh Christ we will be getting the Admin line from the club shortly. In last 4 seasons we've had seasons with one OF game we've got two next and four the following(if we stay up). All the whinging just gives Rangers the view we cant live without them.

We wait 4 years on sevco coming back and in the end it doesn't really make any difference to us. Not the greatest draw but we have to play each other anyway. Let's get on with it.
