Well if one side had gone out to fight on the 12th they'd have found the other side had buggered off nearly a fortnight ago but hey ho - whatever gives you and those like you a hard-on eh...

And blessed by The Pope much to the annoyance of the revisionists in Stormont who tried to bury the painting depicting this.

The battle of the Boyne took place on 1 July 1690 in the old style (Julian) calendar. This was equivalent to 11 July in the new style (Gregorian) calendar which was adopted in Ireland in 1752, today its commemoration is held on 12 July which was actually when the decisive Battle of Aughrim was fought a year after the Boyne.

All this matters not, it was a hugely important historical battle that shaped our nation, that is not in question.

    Cheers brother.

He done the same with the French, the Vatican covered all bases as per, William was married to James's daughter, it was all a bit "in house", but it was a very significant event in our history, there is no denying this.

So why has the Orange Order which was formed some time after The Boyne subverted history? King Billy and The Vatican were part of 'The Grand Alliance' It was about French expansionism not religion.

The OO have also subverted there religion. The reason why so many Ulster Scots ended up in The Appalachian mountains was due to persecution. Persecution not by catholics but by The Church of England. Firstly in Ulster then when they arrived in the new world on the Eastern settlements.

The other thing the OO has done is turn an egalitarian religion which bows to no monarch or hierarchy in to a snivelling subservient idolatry of the monarch.

The boys in the Orange Order really get your back up eh, you need to get over that insipid bigotry of yours.

The Boyne victory has been celebrated annually since the battle was won.

I'm not even going to comment on your suggestion that the French had nothing to do with religion.

I raise my glass to all you brave feni@n men.
