A big ask for Queens to qualify considering the number of teams still in contention but really looking forward
to the lads giving it a real go and scoring a few goals. The Warriors Colin McMenamin, still playing and Davie
Irons, coach will no doubt want to put one over on their old club.

Yes I am also very much looking forward to the game on Saturday and Queens qualifying for the next stage of the competition. I hope that there is a decent turnout to support the team for what could result in a potential financial windfall if we get a favourable draw assuming that we get the business done against Stennie and other results are favourable. Mon the South.
Looking forward to this match too. Hopefully be an entertaining encounter.
Really looking forward to tomorrow and I am feeling confindent we will win and qualifying to the next round.
I have heard that the draw for the next round will be on after the tv game on Sunday.
By far our worst performance out of our four league cup matches but I'm putting that down the Stenhousemuir tactics and a few players underperforming.
The real business starts next Saturday up at Tannadice
The above post are the highlights of the Stenhousemuir game on YouTube. Aidan Smith gets denied a clear penalty in the second half there don't you think ?
Yes it was a clear penalty, but when you look at those highlights it proves how lucky Queens actually were.
Hammil's goal was a fluke; Stenny could have taken the lead with that shot that cannoned off the bar, while in the second half Robinson was caught in no man's land on at least three occasions. A half decent striker could have chipped him or placed their header anywhere but straight at him and Queens could easily have lost 2 or 3 nil.
As mentioned previously, we need at least 2 players in midfield to strengthen the squad and provide the front runners with quality passes.
